POWERS OF ATTORNEY (FINANCIAL)

There may be occasions when you may need someone to manage your personal and financial affairs on your behalf.

Generally not for a specific purpose, an Enduring Power of Attorney will enable a trusted person to carry out personal and financial transactions for you.  An Enduring Power of Attorney will continue even if you subsequently lose capacity.

APPOINTMENT OF MEDICAL TREATMENT DECISION MAKER
You may wish to nominate someone who can make important medical decisions on your behalf, such as to consent to an operation if you are not in a position to do so. An Appointment of Medical Treatment Decision Maker will allow you to choose who can make these decisions for you.
