Wills and Estates

Making a Will can provide you with peace of mind that your assets will pass to beneficiaries of your choosing, be they family members, friends or charities. If you do not make a Will, a legal formula will dictate who inherits your assets which may not accord with your wishes. We can also assist you in drafting a testamentary trust, should it suit your requirements.
